The grounds are wonderful, the staff are friendly and helpful. It is fantastic to have internet access - thank you. I love the layout and storage space in this caravan. Would like to see pillowcases for the spare pillows, clearer rules on how to park next to your caravan, improved speed ramps.

Park beautifully kept - refuse areas are kept well emptied and there are plenty of dog bins. Staff always helpful. Great re-cycling facilities.

We had a problem with the waste pipe from the kitchen sink. I walked to the office to report the problem and on my return to the caravan, someone was there already, fixing it. VERY IMPRESSIVE! The shop was even better this year! Would like to see a little WD40 on the hinges of the internal doors.

Fabulous site, beautifully maintained and every member of staff extremely helpful and friendly. Overall (score) 8 out of 7 must be! Must comment on the spotless launderette and the modern clean machines. Never seen better on any site - or indeed any launderette, anywhere.

Shop - good varieties. Excellent facilities - showers, toilets second to none. Launderette facilities very good, clean and tidy. The staff polite and very helpful if encountering problems. . Pitch slightly uneven for trailer tent but excellent position
