We are an award-winning holiday park and we continue putting our guests at the heart of our business.
We also value our staff, several of whom have been with us for many years and all of whom receive training in customer care. This year we hope to recruit three young apprentices to join the team and learn the ropes. In recognition of the great work done over the years by many staff we now pay a living wage.
As part of our jubilee celebration in 2013 TV personality (and lover of Mother Ivey’s) Fern Britton helped us launch ‘One For All’.
‘One for All’ is a charitable initiative dedicating 1% of our hire fleet occupancy to those in need of a holiday but unable to pay.
We are currently working with our local foodbank and two veterans’ charities, and in 2014 we hope to welcome over a dozen families to Mother Ivey’s under ‘One For All’. We are also hoping that other Holiday Parks will join the project and that it will snowball, so that in the years ahead it will be hundreds and even thousands, rather than just dozens of families who benefit…
